From the very first notes, a rich and sumptuous aroma envelops your senses, reminiscent of the velvety warmth of the Granduca’s legendary concoction. Just as the historical beverage embraced the senses with the first sip, this fragrance embraces you with the warmth of Cacao beans. Cacao’s voluptuous richness mirrors the depth of flavour that once delighted the palate of royalty, a parallel to the indulgence that the Granduca himself enjoyed.
The originality of the recipe lies in the eccentric pairing with petals of Jasmine Sambac, gifted by the King of Portugal in 1688 to the Granduca. He constructed a greenhouse to host the plant in the Villa di Castello, called la “Stufa dei Mugherini”.
